The goal of this test is to allow you to see yourself as you truly are.

In order to achieve this, we ask that please you do the following:

  1. Respond to each prompt in a way that reflects how you typically behave, and not how you wish you could, or think people should, behave.
  2. Go to a place free of distractions where you can focus for around 20 minutes.
  3. Have a snack, glass of water, and take five deep breaths to clear your mind before diving in.
